Sleeve filtration on the Aircom works the same as elsewhere in the range: dust-laden air passes through cylindrical fabric elements, and particulate builds a filtering cake on the surface. What differs is the cleaning cycle. A fully automatic reverse pulse system periodically reverses airflow through the sleeves, dislodging the accumulated cake into a collection point below, without a technician opening the housing. For a moulder or planer running continuous shaving volume, that automation is not a convenience feature, it is what keeps pressure drop, and therefore capture velocity at the machine, inside range through an entire shift.

Outdoor siting is the second half of the decision.
