Request a Dust Collector Quote

Every dust collector quote here is engineered, not looked up. The questions below are the ones an engineer would ask on the phone, so answering them once saves a week of back and forth.

Before you start

Two ways this usually goes.

Some inquiries arrive with a model number already decided, and those are quick. Most arrive as a dust problem that has not been turned into a specification yet, and those need a short conversation first. Both start on this form.

If you are still narrowing the field, the collector hub compares the types of wood dust collectors and dust collection by woodworking application works back from what you run.

Route 01

You know the model

Name the unit, tell us the duct connection and the power supply available, and we price it against your installation rather than against a catalog page.

See the collector range →
Route 02

You know the problem

Describe the machines and the dust and we size the system first. This is the more common route, and it is why the form asks about shifts and ductwork.

The form

What a dust collector quote is built from.

Nothing here is a marketing question. Machine count sets the airflow, simultaneity sets how much of it you actually need at once, shift pattern sets the duty cycle, and siting decides whether the unit is weatherproofed. Skip anything you do not know and write not sure, which is a perfectly good answer at this stage.

Filter media, spares and service for an existing Coral installation are handled through the contact page instead.

Preview build: quote requests are not being received through this page yet. For a specification now, phone (480) 796-5352 and an engineer will take the details directly.

After you send it

What happens to your request.

An engineer reads it, not an autoresponder. Expect questions before you get a number, because a quote written from an incomplete picture is worth nothing to either of us.

01

We check the airflow

Your machine list and simultaneity figure are turned into an extraction requirement, and we tell you if the unit you asked for is the wrong size.

02

We come back with a specification

A recommended collector, the filtration type behind the choice, and the duct implications if the existing run will not carry it.

03

Complex jobs get a visit

If the plant is large or the layout is awkward, we would rather stand in it than guess. That visit is free and carries no obligation.

Would rather talk it through?

Call and describe the plant. If it is straightforward you will get guidance on the spot, and if it is not, we will come and look at it.
