Dust Collection by Woodworking Application

Every wood operation produces a different dust profile. A sawmill throws coarse, high volume waste. A panel sizing centre produces fine, formaldehyde bonded MDF dust that behaves nothing like solid wood. Coral engineers the collector to the dust, not the other way around.

Where to start

Two ways in. One right answer.

Most dust collection suppliers ask you to shop by machine. That works if you already know your bottleneck, and fails if you do not. So we have organised this section both ways.

If you run a cabinet shop, start with your operation. If you have one CNC nesting cell choking the rest of the plant, start with the process. Both routes land on the same engineering assessment.
